Suwon FC played a 4-2-3-1 formation, but when defending, they dropped their defensive midfielders to the back line and played a defensive-oriented game. When attacking, they played a Ras-centered attack by feeding the ball to Ras in front of them. They also tried to use Ras’ height to their advantage against Suwon’s defense, which was not very tall, but they were not able to connect well.
